1. Returns
- You can return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fusionzeraz.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the item does not meet our return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we will contact you to resolve the issue, and you may be asked to pay return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.
